Week 21 & 22


Week 21 was nice normal week, my schedule was not changed nor were days off changed, however, the number of incoming clients surprisingly dropped.

This situation created some kind of dullness in the kitchen or perhaps i was the only person that felt that way. i had more time for my prep work, i suddenly seemed faster than normal nonetheless, i like because i can keep the show going without any extra pressure. I miss the rush though.

Week 22 though was a kind of strange week because the restaurant was always more busy during lunch than during dinner. this situation was kinda tough for me due to the time i started (11 am), which created less time for my prep work because lunch starts at 1 pm and staff meal at 12noon, before lunch.

Everything else except my days off remained the same. i might have to work for 6 days the next week because on friday the sous chef wouldn't be around and two of us have day off that same day, leaving just 3 people in the kitchen. however, lets see how it goes.
