week 11 & 12


This week was quite an interesting week , as usual i started at 11 am, had a two hours break at 3:30 and finished at 10pm and had my days off on thursday and friday.

My duties in the kitchen this week didn't really differ from what i did the week before nor from the week before that. However, i noticed that my daily responsibilities, though they remain the same, increases by the day.

.

Week 12 was an awesome week, particularly tiring. Aside from the fact that the number of incoming clients increases as we approach the summer in full. on saturday, i was given a duty of slicing a roasted pork thigh during the evening service, at the moment of clients request .
