Week 14 & 15


This was a marvelous week, my schedule and my daily time table still remained the same with no obvious changes involved.

This week, i tried making the macarons again and to my extreme surprise it wasn't that bad, however, my regret was having to serve it with creme patissiere instead of a ganache even though it didn't taste bad. the ingredients for the ganache were incomplete so i had to move on the other.

Week 15 was a wonderful week though exacting, the hotel was full throughout the week and i am told its gonna remain like this for a while.

I made macarons again but for the last time here this week. i was told by the head chef that because it wasn't part of the hotels menu i must stop making it however, he made comments the improvements made.

this week, on monday i was place during service to slice jamon for the clients as per request.
