Week 16


week 16 was a nice week or so to say, nothing really change this week compared to the last, the menu, my schedule and day off remained the same. However, the number of clients received by the hotel tends to affect the rate of activities in the kitchen and this time of the season the number of incoming clients increases rapidly . in this situation we are only 6 people in the kitchen of which there is one day off for each person in the week, giving us 5 people in the kitchen.

my point is with the rapid increase of incoming clients and the number of people in the kitchen, i'm being left with responsibility of handling the dessert station alone most at times.
