week 19 & 20

Week 19 was a tedious week, the weather was intensely hot and so was the kitchen.
There has been this constant high range of incoming clients since this month began and also more prep work to do. Moreover, due to busyness in the kitchen, i have in one way or the other gotten more responsibilities along the line. And i am not allowed by the head chef to work for more 9 hours nonetheless, i find it exciting because then i have to move faster and i love the rush.








Week 20 was more like the week before. my schedule remained the same and my days off were not changed. However, i had an enormous amounts of prep works to do this week compared to the last, i really don't know if it is the high number of clients or just maybe this set of clients eat more, that is the reason i don't like buffet service, you just can't predict what amount of food each client would serve him or herself.
This week was awesome and in general this month was also.
