Weeks 2 & 3

The adventure is getting a lot more interesting. my apologies to everyone for not posting for awhile now.

On my second week i was fully assigned to the dessert section. The pastry chef comes only on tuesdays, wednesdays and thursday, he makes cakes, tarts and other elements that can be kept frozen. my job is to portion them and also to mix and pipe the mousses into portions.

My third week was interesting, i was assigned with more responsibilities but for three days. i made pizzas and was also placed in charge of the snack session; 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. my job basically was to portion and place some snacks on the buffet and also burgers, sausages , pasta, pizza and salads.
