The anticipated culinary adventure has eventually started.

My flight from Sofia to Barcelona was awesome, then I took a bus from Barcelona to Santa Susanna. Why Santa Susanna? The hotel I was to work at was yet to open, nevertheless they arranged a room for me at Santa Susanna and feeding, they also arranged transportation to Santa Susanna to LLoret de Mar.

Getting to the hotel, I initially felt nervous. The manager of the hotel decided to give me a tour of the kitchen and restaurant. Arriving at the kitchen I found out that only one person could understand a little English, then I knew that was my first challenge. Learning Spanish was no more a choice but compulsory for me.
